Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.
Delivery usually takes around 5 business days from dispatch. If an item is low on stock, allow an extra 2–3 days.
Shipping is free on every order.
Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unworn and unused, with tags on and in their original packaging.
Email info@rosleyofficial.com to start a return and we will send you the address and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is the wrong item, we cover the return cost — just contact us as soon as it arrives.
Once your return is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
